Enrolling your Child

Enrollment Requirements

You will be need to obtain an enrollment packet from the office to complete all necessary documents required for enrollment in our school.

We must have a copy of the child's birth certificate.

A copy of the most recent medical physical and list of immunizations.

Two Colchester proofs of residency, (i.e., bank deed, lease/rental agreement, utility bill with your name and address on it, etc.)
