Technology problems with hardware and software, are reported via IT Direct, which is monitored carefully by the Instructional Technology team.  We attempt to solve all problems as soon as possible to limit down time and provide optimal instructional use of technology in our system.  If you need directions or the password, they are available on the "staff access" page of this web site.
