  • How many states has Bacon Academy read? Come to the library and participate in our new interactive display. We are traveling across the United States, reading a fiction book that takes place in each state. Stop in to see if you have read any of the states or check out one of the books and read it today! View the concept and the map produced by EReads and the Bacon Academy list of books for each state.  Let’s see if we can visit every state through books!

  • Recycling Fundraiser: The Bacon Academy library is participating in a recycling fundraiser. It’s easy to help! The Planet Green Recycle fundraising program is really simple and easy, and best of all…it won’t cost you anything. All you have to do is GO GREEN and recycle old ink jet cartridges and e-waste devices, such as cell phones and other small electronics.  Your items can be dropped off in the collection box in the Bacon Academy main office. Click here for more information and list of acceptable items.
