Registration and Residency
Step 1- If you are registering a new student to Colchester Public Schools click here to begin the process. Please note that this is only initial step in the online registration process. Once you have completed the one page enrollment form you will need to look for the confirmation email with instructions to complete step 2. Your child will not be enrolled until all of the registration steps are completed.
If you have student returning to Colchester Public Schools, please contact the appropriate school for parent portal access information and follow step 2.
Step 2 - Once the initial registration form is complete you will receive an email confirming the registration, followed by a second email with instructions on creating a new Parent Portal Account. Please make note of the account access information located at the bottom of this email. After creating a new Parent Portal account you will be able to log on and complete the Ecollect registration forms for your new student.
Step 3 - Please review the additional registration documents listed below for each school grade level.
Step 4 - The final step in completing your registration is to contact the appropriate school personnel listed below to make an appointment for submission of a birth certification and proof of residency. You will need to provide up to date health/immunization records prior to the first day of attendance.
