I have confirmed that forms are now visible in the Parent Portal:

Grade 2,5 and 8 families are the ONLY ones who will see the Annual School Change Residency Verification. That is the ONLY residency need to be completed by those grades.  ALL other families should complete the Annual Residency Affirmation statement, I have fixed this form as some errors were reported when trying to edit.

ALL families should complete the Student Information, Health Information, and Transportation Request forms IN ADDITION to the residency requirement.
